Kiki (she/they) is a ceramic artist based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, they’ve always been drawn to making, photography, sculpture, painting, baking, but clay became their truest medium. Through wheel-thrown, functional pieces, Kiki explores the intimacy of touch, the resilience of process, and the beauty of imperfection.

A trauma-informed yoga instructor and podcaster, Kiki brings mindfulness and embodied awareness to both art and teaching. They are currently completing a BA in Gender, Women, and Sexualities, graduating in Spring 2026, and have had the privilege of serving as a teaching assistant for Dr. Posey. Their academic and creative work often intersects, including developing a learning module for Beauty Cultures centering trans and nonbinary voices, as well as a Women’s Folklore and Folklife project inviting students to create personal altars and intentional spaces.

Kiki has raised five amazing humans and recently became a proud grandmother. Queer, hard of hearing, and rocking a salt-and-pepper mullet, they approach both art and life as practices of curiosity, care, and radical joy.
